This three-set includes a Dunk-High,a Dunk High Supreme and a Dunk Low.The latter features a black/varisity red color scheme. And the Dunk High features kind of a reverse colorway(white/varsity red). The Dunk High is in a league all by itself as it owns a predominantly black base with multiple sections of camo-like print. Here are some photos!

Boeing 787 Dreamliners got a order of 57 from China

Boeing 787 took its first test flight this morning over the skies of Everett,Washington. The flight attracted more than 25,000 people to the scene in spite of it's very cold. Over 55 airlines including Continental and Northwest / Delta have already purchased some 840 of the next-gen planes, with All Nippon Airways scheduled to take the first delivery. The test flight is scheduled to land in a couple hours -- we're assuming work to mount Boeing's airborne laser system on the nose in order to defeat hackers will begin shortly thereafter.
It's said that China Airlines have ordered 57 planes of this type.

More than half of its parts are made of light material and it makes it possible to take more passengers.Boeing is now locating its suppliers all over the world. But the   whole assembly line is in the US.It's stated by the Boeing that       this new type of plane is much quieter and its windows bigger. Also,it stands out for its environmentally  clean. It could save 20% more oil. That is to say, passengers will enjoy a more comfortable flight.
The dreamliners have taken the state-of-the-art technology to compete with the No.1 AirBus in the business plane  market. The double-engined medium plane is the latest  for more than 10 years.Americans want to change AirBus' dominance in the market.

Personal application for domain CN not acceptable in China

I just found it that the government has stopped personal application for domain CN in China. That is to say, you'll not be able to run a website with yourself with CN domain in the future. But domain CNs account for a large part of website domains in China.
Recently China's taking many actions to crack down websites that have illegal content or websites without certificates.More than 500 BT sites that offers movie and TV show downloads have been closed.People are worried that in the future we couldn't get free movies or TV shows to watch in their spare time.
But I think that it's not wise to stop the personal application for domain CN.It goes a little further. I hope the regulation will be abolished since people have the right to own a domain.

Blooded Incident in Shenzhen-----14 injured seriously by over 300 people

8 buses  took over three or four hundred people to  Shenzhen Guangming New District Komeito streets and made a severely blooded incident at 9:40 this morning!

These men, armed with  iron pipes and long axes stormed into the plant and beat people at sight. Some even set fire on a Calling Building. According to some  workers, these men dressed in camouflage uniforms, rushed into the factory and hurt many people in a hour.Shenzhen Police have confirmed  that the incident has resulted 26 employees injured, 14 of them seriously.

According to an witness, now a post is on the wall of the entrance. It is stated that it might be an escalation of conflict two relevant companies that caused the incident! Now the Police is trying to investigate the case!

I was really shocked to hear the news.I didn't expect that Shenzhen is such a dangerous place. It's a prosperous city, but Shenzhen is a city that security is not guaranteed!

Could Wen Jiaobao solve high house price in China?

High house price drives many Chinese crazy! But where did this problem start? I don't know. But as I have felt,I think it might start at Chinese Premier Wen Jiaobao's first term.I don't know if this is true,I have to say.You know,I just think Chinese government almost did nothing in preventing the crazy rise of housing prices.

Local governments have been using real estate markets to generate revenue and thereby claim “political achievements,” they claim. Real estate developers, in turn, take advantage of loose policies to hoard properties and raise prices. Property speculators have also been driving up the value of the market.

The reason public figures have not been talking about the core problem of the real estate market is two-fold. First of all, they are benefiting from the high housing prices and do not want to acknowledge there is a problem; secondly, they want to shirk responsibility for their poor management of the housing market.

Although the central government have done lots of things to better people's  life quality,it ignore the real estate market! It's the biggest problem because Housing is so important for Chinese. But the government let the bubble grow and now it's too heavy for common Chinese to shoulder.

I'm wondering if the Premier is able to solve the problem in the rest of his second term.I wish he could.Because it's  a problem that is key to all Chinese. If people don't get a good response,I think it'll make Wen's image not so well in the future.

House prices rise at fastest rate for 14 months

The cost of a home in China rose sharply in October, with the price surging up at its fastest rate for 14 months.
According to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), property prices in 70 Chinese mainland cities rose by an average of 3.9 percent when compared to their price last October.
Prices of homes in new residential buildings went up 4 percent on average in October year-on-year, while the cost of State-subsidized housing edged up by 0.6 percent. Prices of commercial residences climbed 4.4 percent and high-end housing went up by 1.5 percent.
Analysts said the rate of increase in house prices may look high but that was because the property market in October 2008 was at the lowest point it reached during the downturn and the bar was set very low.
"If you put the number into a month-on-month perspective, there is much less price fluctuation," said Chen Sheng, a director with China Index Academy.
According to the NBS, the average cost of housing in October crept up by just 0.7 percent compared to the price in September.
"Average homebuyers might be misled by the higher rates of increase in the few major cities, such as Guangzhou, Beijing and Shanghai," Chen explained.
Nationwide, the price of new homes rose in 62 cities in October compared to a year earlier. Guangzhou reported the biggest rise - 12.1 percent - followed by Jinhua, Zhejiang province, which jumped by 11 percent.
While price rises were common in many cities, some were becoming more affordable.
In Jilin city, the cost of a home fell by 4.9 percent. In Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, properties fetched 3.7 percent less.
Experts say property prices - especially in Shanghai - could continue to go up at a fast rate during the next few months because of a buying spree triggered by talk of the possible removal of the favorable mortgage policy.

Fang Xinghai, director of Shanghai's financial services office, suggested at an annual financial meeting last Monday that the government might be prompted to tighten its loose monetary policy in a bid to clamp down on excessive speculation. Experts fear such speculation could feed a property market bubble.

Fang's observation was taken seriously by many would-be homebuyers.
Thirty-year-old Luo Yan and her husband raced to complete the purchase of a three-bedroom apartment in Shanghai with the help of an 800,000 yuan ($117,000) mortgage. The amount they borrowed was the maximum they qualified for.
"I am afraid that if we don't do something now, we will certainly miss the boat," Luo said.
Joe Zhou, research head at property consultants Jones Lang LaSalle, said in the following months, "we expect house prices will remain at a high level, bolstered by increasingly strong demand and limited supply."

JOB Market is still TIGHT in China

Here are some photos you might show interest in.I have to say ,the job market is better than last year, but not so optimistic!

Employment of College Students are more and more concerned by the society now because every year there are so many graduates come out of school to find jobs.Over 6.1 million college students graduated this year and in the next year the number would be 8.6 million. But the job market dozen't need so many people. The situation has been  much worse since the global Depression started at the end  of 2008.College graduates have to accept low salaries to obtain a job.In spite of this, there are still more than 1 million graduates jobless in China this year.

The government haven taken many actions to solve the grave problem. But we see only policies,no much effect.

As I have seen in the job market at the end of this year, now the manufacturing field has seen an apparent recovery because more and more companies are willing to go to colleges and universities to recruit graduates to strengthen their workforce. However, there's no luck for graduates who are majoring in arts or other non-manufacturing fields.
